user_otp_secret_refresh

Generates a new OTP (one-time password) secret for a user, replacing the
previous one, so codes generated with the old secret stop working. Creates the
named secret when it does not exist yet (up to 50 named secrets per user)

Arguments

otp_name (String)

Name of the OTP secret, at most 40 characters; the default secret when omitted

user_id (ID)

ID of the user
