Attributes of a layout to change. Omitted attributes keep their current value, except format, which falls back to html

Fields

body (String)

Liquid code of the layout; {{ content_for_layout }} marks where the page content goes. Required

format (PageFormat)

Format of the pages the layout is used for. Defaults to html, so omitting it resets an existing format

manually_managed (Boolean)

When true, pos-cli deploy and sync never overwrite or delete it and pos-cli pull skips it

metadata (HashObject)

Arbitrary JSON data stored with the layout; replaces the existing metadata

path (String)

Name the layout is referred to by, for example from the layout setting of a
page; for a module layout the modules/<module_name>/ prefix is added automatically

physical_file_path (String)

New path of the file the layout is stored as, used by pos-cli pull and deploy.
Must be under views/layouts/, optionally prefixed with
modules/<module_name>/public/ or modules/<module_name>/private/, for
example views/layouts/application.liquid
