Updating a Partner
This guide will help you update a Partner's information.
Currently, you can only update a Partner's name. We will extend this tutorial with additional instructions once you can update other fields, too.
To follow the steps in this tutorial, you should be able to log in to the Partner Portal, and have access to a Partner (e.g. the Partner your User is assigned to).
Updating a Partner is a two-step process:
Step 1: Locate Partner
In the menu on the left, click on
Partners, and select the Partner you would like to update. The information page of the Partner is displayed.
Step 2: Update Partner
To update the Partner, click on
Name: Edit the name of the Partner.
Partner was successfully updated. message is displayed, and you can see that the information you edited has changed.
